8hrs of Bahrain FP3:
The Ferrari’s looking sharp

Continuing vorm
It's time for the final free practice session of the year, with one last chance for the teams to perfect their setups heading into qualifying.
A very solid session for the Ferrari hypercars, the #50 driven by Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen setting the fastest time in the morning session with a 1.49.725. Not just a strong pace but a consistent one at that, again completing most laps of the session and being able to keep it up over longer stints. The #83 with its fastest time set by Robert Kubica coming in 3rd, the #51 Ferrari ending the session in a respectable 7th.
The Toyota’s making the most of it, with the #7 just 0.012 behind the leading Ferrari. Both of the Toyota’s have completed 30 laps in total but with a clear difference in pace between the two cars. With the #7 in 2nd almost 2 seconds faster then the #8 sister car coming in 13th.
In 4th we see the #009 Aston Martin Valkyrie which continues its strong form from free practice 1 & 2. Finishing of the top 5 is the #12 Cadillac, just like last race, hoping to take another pole position to finish off the season.
In LMGT3 it was Iron Lynx Mercedes AMG GT3 taking top spot. The #61 driven by Martin Berry, Lin Hodenius and Maxime Martin set a 2:03.158 setting themselves 3 tenths clear of the competition. Overall a very solid top 5 with both the Lexuses taking 2nd and 3rd, and the #21 Ferrari and #81 Corvette taking 4th and 5th.
It will be interesting to see who will be taking the best spot for the race in qualifying later today. With still both the #21 Vista AF Corse Ferrari and the #92 Manthey Porsche in contention for both the drivers and manufacturers championships.
